Note: If you were directed here from our contact page please do not be alarmed. We have been getting flooded with emails about orders that GameDay Boston did not fulfill. We are aware of the problem and are working to resolve the issue. In order for us to get everything resolved as fast of possible, we need to dedicate our limited resources to our data analytics. Addressing orders one at a time is not an efficient use of our resources, and will cause delays in resolving the issues. We do care very much about your order and assure you that we will resolve the problem. We hope that you understand and allow us time to sort everything out. We will be communicating the next steps on 11/22.
We are happy to inform everyone that on the evening on 11/15/2014 we reached an agreement to buy 100% of GameDayBoston.com. This is an exciting acquisition for us, but it also means that we have to get to work immediately to fix all outstanding issues.
We know that there are many individuals who have made purchases from GameDayBoston.com and did not receive their order. We understand that you’re frustrated, but please bear with us while we sort everything out. Our schedule to have all outstanding issues addressed is as follows:
- 11/15 through 11/18 – Request and compile all data available from GameDay Boston, their vendors, and their service providers.
- 11/18 through 11/21 – Analyze all data and identify the customers who either didn’t receive any of their order or part of their order.
- 11/22 – Communicate our resolution plan to all customers.
We understand that data analytics will not identify 100% of the individuals who had a problem with their order. On 11/22 we will also create a page for you to submit a request for us to inspect your prior transaction. This page will be intended for those who may slip through the cracks during our data analytics phase.
Please note that if you are currently seeking a refund via a chargeback or Paypal claim, we will flag your order and monitor the status of your claim. We do not have direct access to the GameDay Boston Paypal account that was used when you made your transaction, and we are unable to respond to or expedite any refund requests. The previous owner must comply with our requests to make us aware of the status of all claims, but we are not able to determine whether or not you get a refund via that route.
If you have filed or are in the process of filing a chargeback or claim and received a refund, we will consider the matter closed. If circumstances prevented you from recovering any of your purchase despite winning a chargeback or claim, we will work with you to create a resolution to your issue.
It’s unfortunate that this is a necessary step to resolving the issues for so many customers. But we are dedicated to correcting every issue and we know that our reputation depends entirely upon us making things right, even if it was the previous business that was in the wrong. We hope that you trust us to resolve the issues and that you feel comfortable using us as your premier Boston fan apparel store in the future.
